Lead MSK Specialist Physiotherapist

RIDDHI SHAH (MCSP, BSc Hons, MSc)

Riddhi is a First Contact Physiotherapist and Clinical MSK Physiotherapist. With a deep passion for helping others regain their mobility and improve their quality of life, I try to bring both expertise and empathy to every session. When I am not working with patients, I enjoy immersing myself in the world of art/painting or cooking along with Bollywood music, with my favorite songs reflecting the rich culture and emotional depth of the genre. My love for experimenting with different cuisines along with the sizzle of Bollywood music not only adds a joyful rhythm to my life but also influences my holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that each treatment is dynamic and personalized, and crafted with the same creativity and care that I bring to my personal passions.

Massage Therapist

Social Media Manager

AMEERAH

RADHIKA KALIA

My name is Ameerah and I am a Sports Therapist studying my masters in Physiotherapy. I am experienced in:

  • Deep Tissue

  • Sports Massage

  • Trigger points

  • Frictions

One of the many reasons why I wanted to become a therapist was to help make a difference to peoples lives allowing them to feel relaxed, comfortable and get back to the activities they used to do! I love playing netball and spending quality time with family especially when I’ve had a busy day. I look forward to seeing and treating you!

Radhika's work lies in community and grassroots sports development, working as a Programmes Officer at a youth charity, and volunteering as the Director of Women's Football at her local football club.

She is a keen footballer and coach, providing opportunities for all ages to take part and enjoy football. She is one of two Project Directors for the initiative 'Seeing is Believing', which aims to inspire girls and women of South Asian heritage to be part of the football circle.

In the Covid-19 Pandemic, Radhika picked up graphic design as a hobby, and since has gone on to create social media and marketing content as part of her full time work and now with us at PH.Therapy.

Admin and Business Developer

ANNTOYAH

Anntoyah is a newly qualified physiotherapist, a product of the University of Brighton.

Since graduating, she has worked in the NHS and has since gained a broad range of clinical and non -clinical skills.
Prior to my career in physiotherapy, she was a support worker for young people/adults with learning disabilities and mental health which supported the shaping of my career.
I enjoy engaging with patients in a way that is meaningful  to them. Due to my adaptable nature and experience from living in the Caribbean, I aim to always be versatile, keeping patients at centre of their therapy promoting and maintaining the best quality of life.
Outside of the physiotherapy world, I wish I had an ultimate favourite genre but gospel and reggae can almost always lift my mood.
